Client Data & Confidentiality Policy

WindiesMedia Ltd. handles creative materials, business information and personal data on behalf of its clients. This policy sets out how we protect that information.

Confidential client information

We treat all information shared with us in the course of an engagement as confidential. This includes business plans, unreleased creative work, pricing, strategies and any materials marked as confidential.

What we do not share

We do not share client information with third parties except where necessary to deliver the engagement (for example, subcontractors, platforms or suppliers who have agreed to equivalent confidentiality), or where we are required to do so by law.

Use of client work

We only use client materials for the purpose of the engagement. We do not include client work in our portfolio or promotional materials without the client's permission.

Personal data

Where an engagement involves personal data — such as customer lists or campaign audiences — we process that data only on the client's instructions, apply appropriate security measures, and do not use it for our own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Client files are retained only for as long as needed to complete the engagement and meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or securely returned to the client.

Reporting concerns

Any team member or client who believes this policy has not been followed should report the concern through the contact page, and it will be treated confidentially.
